COLLEGE ATHLETES

The purpose of the Kelly College Sports Performance program is to develop highly skilled student-athletes both on and off the field. 

This is accomplished through the implementation of highly structured and progressive training sessions. 

I believe in setting college athletes up for long term success down the road and not only for their current season. I work on all major characteristics of athletic performance to help shape a well rounded athlete. The Kelly College Sports Performance program also includes education into recovery techniques, injury prevention, and nutrition recommendation to support their health.
